  • DO YOU DO ART APPRAISALS?

    • IT DEPENDS ON THE ART. WE CAN APPRAISE HISTORICAL ARTISTS LIKE ELLIOTT DAINGERFIELD, PHILLIP MOOSE, & WIILI, AS WELL AS WORKS BY ARTISTS WHOM WE’VE REPRESENTED. ANY OTHER ART OR ARTIST, WE CANNOT APPRAISE

  • DO YOU SELL PRINTS OF THE ARTWORK IN YOUR GALLERY?

    • WE DO NOT. ALL OF OUR WORKS ARE ORIGINALS. INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS WE REPRESENT MAY SELL PRINTS OF THEIR WORKS, BUT THAT WOULD BE THROUGH THE ARTISTS THEMSELVES. WE DO SELL “FOOD FOR THOUGHTS”, AN INITIATIVE BY GIGI WAUGH (WES WAUGH’S DAUGHTER). THESE PACKETS CONTAIN BLANK ENVELOPES AND NOTE-CARDS ADORNED WITH THE WORKS OF WES WAUGH. 15% OF PROFITS GO TO THE LOCAL WATAUGA HEALTH & HUNGER COALITION

  • I’M LOOKING TO GET SOMETHING FRAMED—CAN I DO THIS OVER THE PHONE?

    • NO. WHILE WE CAN PROVIDE QUOTES TO A CERTAIN EXTENT OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL, TO DESIGN THE ACTUAL FRAME FOR THE PIECE, YOU WILL NEED TO COME IN-STORE WITH THE PIECE

  • DO YOU HAVE READY MADE FRAMES/MATS TO PURCHASE?

    • NO. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM-MADE TO ORDER.

  • I HAVE A PIECE I WANT TO FRAME/PURCHASE, BUT IT’S TOO LARGE TO FIT IN MY VEHICLE—CAN Y’ALL HELP WITH THAT?

    • ABSOLUTELY! IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LARGE PIECE OF ART WITH US, WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE GETTING SOMETHING LARGE FRAMED WITH US, WE OFFER PICK-UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS.

  • I SAW ONE OF YOUR PAINTINGS ONLINE AND FELL IN LOVE, BUT I DON’T LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR YOU—DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

WE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE INTERESTED ANY ANY ART THAT DOES NOT FIT THE THEME OF OUR GALLERY, SO PLEASE LOOK AT THE TYPE OF ART WE SELL BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AN ART PURCHASE.

  • CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS OR AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP?

    • NO. AS OF JANUARY 1, 2023, ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ORDERING, WHETHER THIS BE A PIECE OF ARTWORK OR A FRAMING ORDER. SPLIT PAYMENT ORDERS OR PAYMENT AT PICK-UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ART IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

    • ALL OF THE ART THAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE, ALONG WITH THE PRICE, DIMENSIONS, AND MEDIUM OF THE ARTWORK. ALL THIS CAN BE FOUND UNDER OUR ‘ARTISTS’ TAB AT THE TOP OUR WEBSITE

  • I’D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT FRAME/MAT OPTIONS YOU HAVE AT YOUR STORE BEFORE I GO—IS THIS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

    • NO. WE CURRENTLY HAVE OVER 2500 FRAMES, 800 LINERS, AND 750 MATS TO CHOOSE FROM, STOCK OF WHICH IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO WE DO NOT LIST OUR OPTIONS ONLINE. YOU WILL NEED TO COME IN-STORE TO SEE OUR AVAILABILITY.
